One off fee

One off fee for use on one computer in a practice.

  • £395 for Opticabase Reception.
  • £445 for Opticabase Reception Plus.
  • £545 for Opticabase Domiciliary.
  • £1195 for Opticabase Dispensing (covers up to 4 PCs in one practice) - (price includes Reception Plus features)
  • £1295 for Opticabase Domiciliary with Dispensing - (price includes Reception Plus features)

Discounts available for multiple practice purchases.

  • £100 extra to use Opticabase Reception Plus on a second computer in a practice.
  • £95 extra for the Diary. (Opticabase Dispensing price includes the Diary)
  • £50 to bespoke the record card.

£60 per update. (For example, if the layout of the NHS forms changes, that would be one update if they are all altered at the same time).

  • FREE technical support for the first three months and then charged at £60/hour (min £40).
  • The Total package for a practice requiring Opticabase Dispensing on up to 4 computers with a bespoke record card would cost £1245.

Priority Club:

Annual £95 payment for Reception Plus practices or £145 for Dispensing practices which covers technical support and critical updates. So you can have piece of mind that it will not cost you any more if you have problems, change your computer/printer or any of the NHS forms change their layout.

SMS messaging: 6.5p/text (no extra monthly fee)

Postcode finder: £60 for a single postcode/year (eg M for Manchester is one postcode). Additional postcodes £5/year.
